Each logistic process carried out in the warehouse is reflected in the system, taking the form of the so-called events or documents. This allows for their free modeling and tracking, contributing to the minimization of mistakes.

Weaver WMS gives you access to always up-to-date inventory information, the granularity of which can be customized - the system allows you to view inventory by commodity, warehouse, storage location, lot/series numbers, etc. Weaver WMS also gives you access to archived inventory (i.e., inventory at the end of each day), which allows you to track the flow of goods in your warehouse.
By labeling storage places and logistic units (pallets, cartons, bags, etc.) with barcode labels, it is possible to freely control the distribution of goods in the warehouse. Weaver WMS gives you access to real-time information about stock levels.
Weaver WMS PRO introduces into the business process carried out in the company, the idea of electronic documents (instructions), which allows to eliminate in the warehouse the circulation of printed documents from other systems (such as MRP, ERP, "traditional" warehouse systems, financial and accounting systems). This reduces warehouse handling costs and eliminates errors. Weaver WMS can also function in symbiosis with overarching MRP, ERP or financial-accounting systems.
