By operating the warehouse with accuracy to the logistic unit, it is possible to eliminate errors - fewer mistakes. All warehouse operations are subject to strict planning and control. The system guides the warehouse worker through the picking lists along the collection path in order to properly and optimally complete the picking when issuing the goods.

Registration of goods in the system takes place directly via the mobile application for the Android terminal with the accuracy of the attributes required for full identification of the goods. The system will search for the optimal location based on the parameters of the material and the capacity of the storage spaces. Automatic assignment of tasks to forklifts makes the goods available for sale faster.

WMS allows you to accept goods in bulk or on pallets. The application supports the warehouseman and the company in controlling the quality of goods.

The system already at the stage of orders plans the optimal method of selecting shipping units and the path of collecting the goods. The warehouseman is guided by the hand, which improves his efficiency and reduces the risk of errors.

Various release scenarios are possible. From simple, where one operator performs the entire release for one client, to multi-picking releases. With the latter, one warehouseman can collect goods for many orders. Single and multi-piece orders can be picked independently of each other, and only multi-piece orders are taken into account at the sorting stage.

After verifying and packing the goods, the system automatically registers the package with the forwarder and prints the courier label. The WZ document or Packing List can be sent in paper or e-mail form to the customer.

The system enables the execution of warehouse transfers containing many items by many warehousemen at the same time. The offset can be added manually or automatically by an optimization algorithm. Optimization is performed for minimum states on places or for the multi-picking algorithm.

The multipicking mechanism allows for the collection and packing of goods by many warehousemen at the same time.

The system optimizes the movement of goods so that there is always goods to be collected at the picking stations. Combining multiple Releases into one warehouseman's course allows you to optimize the collection of goods. The collected goods are divided into Releases for Orders at the packing stage.

Thanks to advanced reports on the rotation of goods and ABC/XYZ, it is possible to optimize the goods available in warehouses. In places closer to the packing zone, there are goods that rotate faster, so that the warehouseman has a maximally shortened collection path.

Due to the need to scan places/goods/logistics units by the warehouse worker, there are fewer situations that may cause mistakes during warehouse operations.

Key operations for the operation of the warehouse require confirmation by the operator.

When issuing the goods, the system optimizes the goods collection path in order to shorten it as much as possible. The collection path is optimized both when the Multipicking mechanism is used and in the classic approach, where one warehouseman's rate is equal to one order from the customer.

Each system operation is recorded in the database and in system logs. Thanks to this, full control and reporting of operations performed in the Weaver WMS system is possible.

A number of available reports allow you to plan warehouse and production operations. Available reports on minimum stocks and product rotation allow for efficient management of raw materials and finished products.

The picking list on a mobile device enables efficient and quick picking in accordance with the collection path. Optimization is done automatically using system algorithms.
