Due to the constant and dynamic changes in the law that relate to commercial documents, we have taken decision to stop supporting modules related to commercial documents in the Weaver WMS system. The entire existing business model is also changing, a lot of modifications have been introduced to it payments, licenses or data storage. Find out more in this article.

Changes in the functionality of the Weaver WMS system

The changes to commercial documents will come into force on January 1, 2023 year. Why such a decision?

In addition to dynamic changes in the law, the very purpose of the WMS class system (warehouse management system). As the name suggests, systems of this type are designed for quantitative warehouse management, so the valuation of goods should take place outside such a system, e.g commercial and accounting systems of the Insert Subiekt type.

Below is a list of major Weaver WMS features that will be removed:

  • purchase documents
  • offers
  • sales history report

The above-mentioned features after January 1, 2023, will be found in older, no longer supported versions.

Weaver WMS license - full automation

From September 1, 2022, the uploading of licenses to the Weaver WMS system has been fully completed automated. This is due to the desire to constantly improve the experience of our users when using application. To start working with the system, you need to create a free account here.

In the standard scenario, documents strictly related to warehouse management are added and executed in WMS system. After execution, they are sent to the superior system. This is one of many possible scenarios that are agreed with the client at the implementation stage.

New web-based license management system

September 1, 2022 also premiered a new web system for managing the Weaver account WMS -account.weaverwms.com and our new website weaverwms.com. Account Weaver WMS allows e.g. for license, subscription and payment management. The platform is still there in the development phase and many elements may change, which we will keep you informed.

We've also improved our reach channels.
