The Weaver WMS warehouse system is the only one that allows you to connect to the e-commerce platform Prestashop. Thanks to the built-in integration, we have the ability to manage orders coming from customers, order statuses and stock levels from one application.
Integration options:
- Downloading orders - we download orders appearing on the store to the WMS. Paid and cash on delivery orders are collected. We can define the time period from which orders are to be downloaded, e.g. from the last 3 days.
- Sending order statuses - the system can update order statuses in the administration panel on an ongoing basis. The statuses are refreshed cyclically and change according to the current status of the order in the WMS. The customer can receive e-mail information about the status of his order on an ongoing basis.
- Shipping of stocks - stocks in the store can be updated on a regular basis according to the state from the WMS. Thanks to this, the store always has the current amount of the assortment available for sale.
