Production module in the Weaver WMS PRO system.

In addition to the standard functions related to warehouse logistics management, the Weaver WMS PRO system includes a production module. Thanks to this, Weaver WMS will be perfect for companies that deal with the production of finished products as a production management program.

The program allows you to define a number of information necessary during the production process, including:

• Definition of one or more recipes for the finished product.
• Determination of by-products generated during the production process.
• Specifying production stations where production is to take place.
• Ability to create a finished product from selected raw materials.

For each production order, the system creates related documents ready for execution by users:

• Warehouse transfer - created for employees who are responsible for delivering raw materials to the appropriate workstations. The created document shows the employee to which position the amount of raw material needed for production should be transferred.
• Internal issue - a document on the basis of which an employee releases raw materials needed for production from the warehouse.
• Internal income - a document used by the user to receive finished products into stock.

Weaver WMS enables the execution of multi-stage orders, i.e. those where semi-finished products are needed to produce a finished product. It is enough to enter one production order document, which will create the appropriate number of orders: for semi-finished products and for the finished product.

All processes are registered in the system. The system measures working times at production stations, registers events related to receiving finished products, issuing raw materials and many others.
