Reservation of inventory
Weaver WMS allows you to fully manage the reservation of goods in stock. Thanks to the reservation mechanism, you can easily define the quantities of a given product that you want to "keep" in the warehouse for a given order / production order.
Reservation on customer order or internal issue order
Stock is reserved from customer orders or raw material issue orders to production. After entering a given order, we can reserve a specific amount of goods. We can also specify from which exact logistic unit a given assortment is to be reserved. Reservations can be made for the entire document with one button or only for selected items from the reservation management panel.
Inventory block
Each reservation blocks the item in stock - reserved units cannot be released from the warehouse for another external issue or internal issue document. Thanks to this, the system will not allow for accidental release of products for another order.
Reservation report
The system allows you to generate a reservation report. The report shows all reserved products, quantities and logistic units. In addition, the report contains information such as the number of the document from which the reservation results and the recipient of this document.
