Settlement system of CNS commissions

• Advanced authorization system. User accounts are created at the company's headquarters. When creating an account, you can grant permissions to the user. Each function in the system can be attached to an authorization, which gives the possibility of freely shaping the accessibility. Each operation performed by the logged in user is recorded.
• Internal messaging system. The system allows you to send and receive messages. It is possible to send a message to all the younger ones of a given agent or, for example, to your guardian. Sent messages are registered in the system.
• Customer filtering. It is possible to search the customer database based on any criteria. Thanks to this, reaching customers from all over Poland who used to have contact with the company is not a problem.
• Agent management. The system stores very detailed data on agents, such as: history of applications, sales statistics, information on licenses of insurance companies, methods and history of settling a given agent. Each agent has its own structure. It is possible to preview the structure in real time.
• Application management. An insurance or investment application can be very complex. A lot of products are available on the market and in the CNS offer. Each product has its own characteristics and its individual method of settlement depending on many factors. The system allows you to add and process information available in the application.
• Reports. A number of system reports are available. The most interesting of them is a report in the form of a pivot table, available via a web browser, with which you can freely 'cut' the data available in the system.
• Billing system. This is the most important module in the system. It enables precise settlement of the agent's own and group production. Signed applications are converted into points that are decisive in the agent's career. Points also have a direct impact on agent commissions. The agent has the ability to view its production and generate bills that are settled at the company's headquarters.

Millions of records of important information have been transferred to the new system for CNS. Just as much data was discarded during the transfer to clean the system of data no longer needed. The CNS system database consists of over 60 interrelated tables. Most of these tables had to be completed during the data migration process. It was quite a challenge that we met. In the new CNS system, data is stored in the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database. Every day, several copies of the database are made on external media to ensure their safety.

The databases of the previously used solution have also been secured by Weaver Software so that they can be restored if needed.
