Reporting system for Grecos.
In cooperation with the Supremo company from Poznań we have developed and implemented a system of surveys examining the satisfaction of Grecos Holiday customers with the service during their stay.
The project was implemented in 2015.
How works and what is the survey system?
The system allows for free adaptation and change of survey questions by Grecos employees, thanks to which the survey is adaptive and can be adapted to specific situations occurring in a given holiday season.
The survey system automatically collects information about flights and passengers. Participants of trips organized by Grecos automatically receive a code via SMS or e-mail, which allows them to log in to the survey system. This is possible thanks to the integration with the Redlink SMS sending system.
After completing the survey, Grecos Holiday employees have the opportunity to thoroughly analyze the answers given by the participants. The system automatically sends answers in MS Excel format to the indicated e-mail addresses of Grecos Holiday employees.
Simple management of passenger lists.
In addition to the survey system, an advanced PNL passenger list management system was developed and implemented. Grecos Holiday works with a number of business partners from whom it buys or sells cruise destinations. The system allows you to automate the process and send the list of passengers on time. The system operates in the Microsoft AZURE cloud. Below is a list of selected functions of the PNL system.
- Downloading passenger lists from the Victor system,
- Integration with the webservice of such companies as TUI, Itaka and Rainbow Tours,
- Creating a list of passengers and exporting data to MS Excel,
- Possibility of advanced editing of the scope of sent data with accuracy to the user and the airport,
- Incoming and outgoing notifications,
- Webservice on the side of Grecos, allowing partners to upload passenger lists.
