Implementation of a B2B system for Lensolar.
Lensystem Sp. z o. o. specializes in photovoltaic installations and other forms of renewable energy sources. Lensolar is the company's brand responsible for this branch - photovoltaic installations. We were entrusted with the creation of an advanced B2B Lensolar system, which is to be used to build relationships and cooperate with business partners.
The project was implemented in 2015.

What is and how our B2B system works?
The system enables comprehensive service for Lensystem's business partners. It is possible to set individual prices for partners, trade conditions, place and execute orders, invoicing and much more. A component of the system is an online store available after logging into the system for business partners. The partner can also use the photovoltaic installation profitability calculator, generate offers for customers with their logo, compare products and send advertising mailings.
Joint implementation of projects by the partner and Lensystem is possible. Each business process taking place at Lensystem is reflected in the system made to order for the company. Thanks to this, business processes take place faster and more accurately, each process is measurable.
The system has a very extensive structure. It consists of a web application that allows partners to log into the system, webservices (integration with partner systems, downloading price lists, etc.), an FTP integration module and an e-mail integration module. The whole creates a comprehensive B2B system.
Electronic data exchange
The system enables electronic data exchange with business partners. It is used to register, process and archive documents from various sources: scanner, disk, fax, e-mail, web form, database, EDI. It enables the definition and operation of document flow processes within the company and between partners. Integration with the systems used by the company's partners: Comarch Optima and Subiekt was implemented in the system. The integration includes comprehensive handling of orders, invoices, returns and corrections. Data standards used during data exchange are EDI - EDIFAKT, XML format, ECOD platform and EDISON. The documents subject to automatic exchange are:

- Invoice / INVOICE
- Correction invoice / CORRECTING INVOICE
Thanks to the implementation of the system, it is possible to automatically exchange information between the databases of Lensystem and business partners. An electronic channel of communication between partners has been introduced.
The system allows you to sign documents using a secure electronic signature. The preparation and signing of contracts related to the purchase of new products or additional services has been automated. The quality of customer service has been improved, contracts and offers are generated precisely, signed in the system and immediately delivered to the partner.
